The Human Resource Specialist is to handle and provide support for various HR employee programs within the organization.

  • Prepare, process, verify and maintain personnel-related documentation.
  • Under management direction, develop and implement personnel policies/procedures.
  • Prepare detailed job descriptions, classification systems and job-level definitions in partnership with managers.
  • Provide management with information or training related to various aspects of HR.
  • Successfully and efficiently use HR Management software.
  • Select & refer qualified job applicants, making hiring recommendations as needed.
  • Match employment applicants with job order requirements.
  • Conduct reference and background checks.
  • Use HCM (Human Capital Management) system for onboarding new hires.
