ITEMS NEEDED FOR LOAN APPLICATION

Income Items

  • W2 forms for the last two years
  • Most recent pay stubs covering a 30 day period
  • For self-employed borrowers: 
    • Federal tax returns (1040's) for the last two years
    • Year-to-Date Profit and Loss Statement
    • Corporate or Partnership tax returns (if you own more than 25% of the business)
  • Pension Award letter (for retired individuals)
  • Social Security Award letters (for those on Social Security)

Asset Items

  • Bank statements and/or stocks, mutual funds, or retirement accounts for previous two months (all pages, even if you don't think they are important)
  • Explanations of any large deposits and documentation sourcing those funds
  • Gift letter and supporting documentation if some of the funds for closing come as a gift from a family member (we will supply a gift letter form)
  • Copy of the earnest money deposit check if you are purchasing a home

Credit Items

  • If you are currently renting, please provide your landlord's name, address, and phone number
  • Credit inquiries in the last 90 days
  • Copy of bankruptcy papers if you have filed bankruptcy within the last seven years

Other Items

  • Copy of purchase agreement (if you have made an offer to purchase a home)
  • To document receipt of child support (if you will use it as a source of income for qualifying purposes ) Copy of Divorce Settlement
  • Copy of Driver's license
  • Copy of Social Security Card (or other documentation of social security number)
